Our Terms and Conditions may alter slightly from time to time. It is advised, if you are considering placing an order, that you read and fully understand our Terms and Conditions. If you have already placed an order, any changes we may make to our Terms and Conditions will not affect subsequent orders.

Making a Purchase from Our Website

This website contains images of a sexual nature that are unsuitable for viewing by anyone under the age of 18.

It is a legal requirement that you are over the age of 18 to view all content that may be off sexual nature within this site.

By browsing and entering the site you agree that you have the legal right to process adult gifts and products within your local area.

By entering www.masterandmistress.co.uk you have discharged and released the owners, creators and developers of www.masterandmistress.co.uk from all liability that may arise from using our website.

At Master And Mistress we abide by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Act rules and therefore we do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). The only emails that may be sent are newsletters informing of new products that users have signed up for, or emails replying to questions you have asked directly.

We will only send unsolicited emails to personal accounts if we find that there is a problem with an order or a payment.

Master and Mistress sells adult goods listed as Novelty Items. We cannot be held responsible for any injuries sustained by the improper use of any item.

When an order is made from a customer we have the legal right to state that any of our products remain in our full possession until full payment is received from the customer.

Master and Mistress will be under no obligation to supply you with a product until full payment is received.

Master and Mistress cannot be held responsible for an incorrect delivery address stated on an order. Please ensure that you have stated the right delivery address for your order to be sent to.

The price you pay at Master and Mistress is the price stated on each item. The prices of items are non negotiable and shall remain a fixed price. If Master and Mistress has made an error on the pricing of an item, we will try to contact you as soon as possible to rectify the problem. If the price is incorrect and we have tried to make contact with you, when there is no correspondence after 10 days, we will assume that you did not want to carry on with the transaction and your items will be listed for sale for other customers.

Occasionally, errors do occur, if any items are listed on the website at an incorrect price and orders are processed at the incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel any orders made for said item or request additional payment for the correct price of the item.

We retain the right to change any price of any item on our website without any prior notice.

Data Protection

Master And Mistress strictly sticks by the Data Protection Act.

Personal information will not be shared or sold to any other parties.

Personal information is used only to process an order and is shared with Royal Mail to ensure safe delivery of your parcel.

By sending us your order, you are agreeing to us using your personal details to send your parcel to the stated delivery address. We may need to pass your details on to third parties such as delivery firms.

We will not need your personal information for anything else other than to process orders. If we need your information for any other reason we will email your personal address directly.

We use PayPal for all our payment transactions, please ensure your delivery address is correct on your PayPal account before completing any transactions with us via PayPal.

Payment

Payment can be made for any product by credit/debit cards, cheques, postal orders and PayPal. When you pay via credit/debit card, your order will be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared. When you pay by cheque, your order will be dispatched as soon as your payment has cleared. You must allow time for the cheque to clear. Cheques may take longer to clear over Bank holiday, national holiday and weekend periods.

If you are intending to pay via Postal Order or Cheque, please contact us directly using the Contact Us link from the main menu.

When paying by PayPal, your funds will clear instantly.

If you send an E-Cheque through PayPal, you have to allow for 7-9 working days for payments to clear. When payment is cleared your items will be dispatched.

If you are sending your payment through the postal system, it is not necessary to send it signature required, however, you must obtain proof of postage. If your payment becomes lost in the post Master And Mistress cannot be held responsible. You will be asked to duplicate your proof of postage. If no duplicate can be produced then your items will remain in the full possession of Master And Mistress until full payment is received.

Availability of our products

We aim to keep all of our products in stock ready for dispatch. If there has been an error in listing and the item is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you where you can then arrange a refund or an alternative item or to wait for the next availability of the product.

Returning a Product

If upon receipt of your products you are unhappy with the quality, you can return the product to us for a full refund or for an exchange. Items must be returned with no damage unless your item arrived damaged or broken.

Items must be returned within 7 days with correspondence explaining what you wish to do. If items are not defective or damaged, you will be to required to return the items to us at your expense. If you claim your item is defective or damaged, upon receipt of the defective/damaged item, it will be at our discretion to decide if a refund of postage costs of the item is available. If in our opinion the item is not defective or damaged no credit to returning the item will be issued.

Due to hygiene reasons, Master And Mistress cannot accept the return of certain products. Please email us before returning any product so we can advise you on what to do. You can email us at returns@masterandmistress.co.uk

Delivery

If your order is received before 3:30pm we will try to dispatch it the same working day. If your item is not dispatched the same working day, it will be dispatched the following working day (depending on your method of payment).

Master And Mistress cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery time. We cannot be held responsible for postal strikes.
